One such esteemed partner is Chef Matt Storch, whose flagship restaurant, Match in South Norwalk, recently celebrated its 25th anniversary, a testament to his enduring passion and innovation in the kitchen.
Born and raised in Westport, CT, Chef Matt has been a driving force in the local food scene. Beyond Match, he owns Match Burger Lobster in Westport, delighting patrons with classic New England fare, and has ventured into sustainable practices with Saugatuck Provisions, a whole-animal butcher shop and market.
Reflecting on our collaboration, Chef Matt shared:

Whether we need burger buns, a loaf of brioche for French toast or foie gras, or their seeded semolina loaf for table bread—their repertoire is huge. I never have to go to another bakery. And when I have a specific request, like a softer, smaller baguette for a bánh mì at Saugatuck Provisions, they provide samples the next day."
